Meet Jordan Van Voorst
Hi my name is Jordan Van Voorst and I am the proud owner of Checkup Property Inspections. Using my previous experience as a licensed electrician, I have performed over 1500 home inspections for families purchasing new homes. As a Certified Master Inspector, you can trust I have the experience and qualifications needed to educate and identify potential issues inside your home. I live in Gulf Shores AL with my wife, 3 kids and dog. We love all the fun activities living on the coast provides us. When I am not inspecting homes, I am helping coach my son’s football team, fishing and enjoying the beach with my family.

When I’m not inspecting homes, you’ll usually find me enjoying everything the Gulf Coast has to offer—spending time on the water, relaxing at the beach, hunting, exploring the outdoors, or riding my motorcycle. I’m proud to call this area home and enjoy serving the communities that have been such a big part of my life.
